Shades of Tuning Ltd is a small company in Devon, UK. We make genuine leather steering wheel covers that you fit yourself - no need to remove the wheel or the airbag.

What we make

Covers cut for specific steering wheels: cars, vans, pickups, trucks and classics, plus helm covers for yachts and boats made to the diameter of your wheel. Smooth or perforated leather, a range of leather colours and the stitching colour of your choice.

How fitting works

Every cover arrives with its edges already stitched. You lace the two edges together with the needle and thread from the box, passing the thread under the existing stitching - no holes to punch, no glue and no special tools. It takes a little patience, not special skills. Our fitting guide shows the steps.
