A worn steering wheel is the first thing you notice every time you get in the car – a shiny, cracked or sticky rim makes even a good car feel tired. A leather cover is the simplest way to fix it without replacing the wheel. The short video above shows how our covers are made and fitted.

1. Made to your wheel

Wheels differ even within one model, so we start from two measurements: the diameter of the wheel and the circumference of the grip. It takes two minutes with a tape measure – see how to measure your wheel.

2. 15 leather colours

Choose from 15 genuine leather colours, smooth or perforated – from classic black to red, royal blue or burgundy.

3. Your stitching colour

The thread is your choice too: match the interior or pick a contrast colour, like the red stitching on the Triumph GT6 in the video.

4. Sew it on yourself

The cover arrives cut to shape with the edges already stitched. You lace the two edges together under the existing loops – no glue, and the needle never goes through the leather. Needle and thread are included, and most people finish in about an hour. Step-by-step guide and video: fitting instructions.
